AUTOCLAVES

Autoclave bodies “INCOL SERIE SA-U” are building with Certified Quality steel sheet body, as well as the welding procedure fulfill with set in the Code ASME, section VIII. Loading Carts are built in Quality AISI 316 stainless steel and have a solid steel structure well made for the stress which they will be subjected. The process is absolutely automated from the Control Panel making possible the reading of variables of Temperature, Pressure, Time and Cycle of Task

All these variables are controlled by the Programmer Logic Controls (PLC) and optionally, the “INCOLSOFT 5.1 Computerized System is provided and it allows storage “On Line” every process variables mentioned before. The vacuum system, according to the Model and the application, is realized with Vacuum Pump or with Ejector System, both of them prepared for operating in high temperatures, even over 180°C.

The periphery system, that allows the Autoclave fulfill with prefixing cycles, is finished off with Surface Condensers, Secondary Sterilizer, Heater Exchangers, Water Tanks, Security Valves, etc.. Likewise, accessories mentioned before are added to: Vent and Circle Valves built in Quality AISI 316 stainless steel, with Pneumatic Actuators.

Also, they have a sound and optical alarm set which set off in view of eventual failures, operating on the Security System making the corrective action, such as to abort automatically the cycle, balancing the pressure and temperature or any other previous programmed action.

ELEVATOR SYSTEM AND CART DUMPING

Some Process require the product that is going to be treated, was deposited in the Equipment using Carts. In this case, may be used an Equipment that allows Cart Elevation and Download. This guarantee the human effort reduction and automate the material load to the Equipment exit, for truck load, crushing machines feeder or part of some other industrial operation in which the Autoclave participates, as they are shown in photos.

LOADING CARTS

CLoading Carts with solid steel structure, built in AISI 316 stainless steel. They move on four (4) wheels settled in its base, and they are measured according to the stress they will be subjected. They also have porthole nails, to make easier the Dumping task.
